首先确认你已经准备好了以下程序：
mysql-5.0.41-win32
phpMyAdmin-2.11.3
ZendOptimizer-3.3.0a
php-5.2.5-Win32
然后把php的压缩包解压到F盘,例如F:\php(也可以是其他盘符)
1、IIS7.0 管理器主界面

　　本月27号，本站所在的服务器成功升级到windows2008，顺便把PHP升到5.2.5，Mysql升到5.1.24，phpMyAdmin升到2.11.6RC1，ZendOptimizer升到3.3.0a。装这些套件可不是一件轻松的事，我与“浅痕”弄了差不多6个多小时，本来不用这么长时间的，原因是因php5.2.5中的一个扩展问题，总是导致IIS7无法加载而错，详细的说明我会在下一篇的安装配置教程中说明。经过差不多三天的运行，总的来说还是很不错的，稳定性及PHP的执行效率的确比windows2003有很大的进步（不知道是不是心里作用）。

Packt Publishing today announced Joomla! as the winner of "Best PHP Open Source Content Management System" for 2007.

The award marks the second time Joomla! has won a prestigious Packt prize. Runners up were Drupal, followed by e107.
